NCQM organises training programs for industry professionals to impart knowledge and practical implementation skills for all levels in the industry. The training programs are delivered by experts having adequate qualification and experience in the industry.
The training programs workshops are typically of one or two day duration, however some modules of programs like Lean and Six Sigma are longer duration programs up to 10 day duration.
To make the programs effective, a careful pre-qualification criteria is established along with compulsory pre-training assignment in some cases. Pre-course test, continuous assessment, home assignments and post course tests are some of the key features of certification programs. Training Certificates are awarded to the participants who successfully complete the training.
